Returns and refunds

itsshirty is operated by PARS LLC, which operates in the United States.

Requesting a return

You may request a return within 15 days after receiving each item. To request a return, contact us at itsshirty@gmail.com or +1 601 357 3577 with your order details. We will provide instructions and the return address for our warehouse in the United States.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Our mailing address below is not the warehouse return address. Please contact us for return instructions before sending your item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us so we can help you check the status of your refund.
