Shipping policy
Shipping Fee: Our standard shipping charge is $3.00.
However, if you purchase $50 or more, shipping is free.

Processing Time: Please note that we require an average of 1 to 3 business days to process your order before it is shipped. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Where do we ship from?
We will ship your order from our warehouses in Asia, Europe, or the USA. Due to the nature of international shipping, delays are often unavoidable, so all our shipping times are guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Also, if you have placed multiple orders, please expect your orders to be shipped separately as we ship from multiple warehouses.
Where do we ship to?
itsShirty currently only ships to the United States of America, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
How long does it take to process my order?
Generally, we process our orders within 1-3 business days.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items
If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship the items we have in stock immediately, and we will ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as we have them in stock. So if you ordered more than one item in a single order and only received part of your item, don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly thereafter.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with a tracking ID and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your tracking ID, please check our shipping confirmation email. Please allow 1-5 business days for tracking information to appear, depending on the shipping option selected.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping time, so there is little time to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately using one of the communication channels below if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address. In this case, refunds are not available unless the package is returned to us in its original condition.

Lost/Stolen Packages
PARS LLC - itsshirty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided to you on our tracking page.
