Shipping charges
For orders shipping to the United States, standard shipping costs $3.00 USD. Free shipping is available on orders of $50.00 USD or more.
International shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds vary by destination and currency. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing and delivery times
Order processing takes 1–3 business days before shipment. After shipment, standard transit time is estimated at 7–15 calendar days. The transit estimate is in addition to the processing period, not measured from the date you place your order.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays and international shipping delays may affect delivery.
Shipping origins
Orders ship from warehouses in Asia, Europe, or the United States, depending on product availability. Orders do not necessarily ship from the United States. Our US mailing address is not the shipping origin for all orders. Items may be shipped separately from different warehouses.
Shipping destinations
Our configured shipping destinations are Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Available shipping options depend on your delivery address and the items in your order. Applicable options and charges are shown at checkout before purchase.
Preorders and backorders
If your order includes a preordered or backordered item, in-stock items may ship separately. Preordered or backordered items ship when they become available.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text message with a tracking ID and tracking link. Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking information to appear, depending on the shipping option selected.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect address. We work to process orders quickly, so there may be limited time to make changes. Refunds for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address are not available unless the package is returned to us in its original condition.
Returns
You may request a return within 15 days after receiving each item. Customers arrange and pay for return shipping to our warehouse in the United States. Contact us for the warehouse return address before sending a return. Our mailing address is not the return warehouse address. Please review our return and refund policy for refund details.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, report the issue to the shipping carrier and contact us for assistance. PARS LLC / itsshirty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
